Our self-contained machine shop accommodates the most modern vertical & horizontal machining centers, various types of turning machines and robotic machining lines.
To ensure that quality requirements of each specific project are met, the most suitable machining centers are selected on an integrated project basis with specially designed and manufactured fixtures, dedicated cutting tools, gauges and other equipment.
Tight dimension tolerances and accurate surface finishes are realized in the machining facility for the various type of products used in different sectors.
Trakya Döküm’s machining facility is also supplemented by other added-value services such as balancing, honing, different types of marking, broaching, and sensitive part washing operations.
